GreenAid is a social enterprise of Fountain House, a national non-profit that believes community is at the heart of recovery from mental illness. Since 1948, Fountain House has been dedicated to the belief that people with mental illness can and should rejoin the community as workers, neighbors, and friends. Every house call is made by a Fountain House member — trained on the job, running the whole operation out of a home base in Washington Heights.
