What we do

One team, three ways to keep a plant alive.

Order what you need, call us when something’s wrong, or hand us the patient directly. Most customers end up using all three eventually.

01

Plants, Delivered

House and office plants, pots, soil, and supplies — ordered ahead and brought to you, picked by people who’ve kept plants alive for a living.

02

House Calls

A GreenAid technician comes to your apartment or office and checks light, soil, roots, and pests on site — care plan included.

03

The Plant Hospital

Too far gone for a windowsill fix? We take it with us to recover, and leave a loaner plant behind so your space isn’t bare in the meantime.

Who we are

Run by Fountain House.

GreenAid is a social enterprise of Fountain House, a New York City community that has stood alongside people living with mental illness since 1948. Every plant sold and every house call made is the work of a Fountain House member.
