House Calls & The Plant Hospital
We come to you first. The sick ones come to us.
Many problems get fixed on the spot during a house call. When a plant needs more than a windowsill fix, we take it with us to nurse it back at the plant hospital — with a loaner sent home so your space isn’t bare in the meantime.
How a house call works
Book online, meet your plant’s new doctor.
01
Book
Tell us the address, the plant, and what looks wrong. Same-week appointments most weeks.
02
Diagnose
A technician checks light, watering, soil, and roots on site.
03
Treat or admit
Minor issues get fixed on the spot with a care plan. Other cases are admitted to the plant hospital, loaner included.
04
Follow up
We check back in. If it’s still not right, we come back.
While you wait
The loaner plant program.
Any plant admitted to the hospital comes with a healthy stand-in for your shelf, at no extra cost. Swap back when your original is discharged.
